The National Outfielder Dialon Crew will get the MRI exam on its lower left and back on Wednesday after winning Washington’s 5-3 against Atlanta Braves on Tuesday night.
The crew came out after the fifth innings, felt something to the lower back/left on the check swing during the fifth inning walk.
“This check caught a little on the swing,” the crew told Masn.com. “This is unfortunate. This is something that is new to me.”
In his second straight game, the 23-year-old crew gave Washington 4-3 seconds with his solo shot.
In 45 sports this year, Crew is hitting .266 on-base percentage, one .354 slugging percentage, seven homes and 15 RBI.
