Angel Cabrera completed 64 round to win the field tradition

Angel Cabrera of Argentina completed the final round of the season 64 on Monday morning to claim the first head of the PGA Tour Champions season in the region tradition in Birmingham, Ala.
Cabarera was playing in Par-4 16th on Sunday and tied to the lead with Jerry Kelly at the age of 18, when officials suspended the round due to the darkness at the Grustone Golf and Country Club.
He birds in par-4 16th, par-3 saved a good on 17th and Par-5 on Monday to finish under 20, one shot from a keli and two of South Korea’s third-place Finisher Yeang Yeang.
“It was a great day,” 55 -year -old Cabrera said, who won his first champion Major after collecting his first victory on the Seniors Tour at the Hall of Fame Invitational in April.
Cabarera resumed his career after spending time in jail on charges of attacks between 2021 and 2023, threatening two of his ex -girlfriends.
The US Open in 2007 and Masters winning in 2009, Cabrera said that he did not imagine returning to the level of raising trophies so soon.
“No, I didn’t know I would get there so soon,” he said after completing his final round with nine Birds and a bogie. “I always thought I would do it, but I did not think it would be so fast.”
Kelly ended the Burdi-Bogi-Burdi on Monday and gave a card of 68 for less than 19. Yang also bogie to go to -18 and 68 to -18 on the number 17 and 68 before closing with a shovedy.
Steven Alker (68) came fourth under 17. Two shots were back and fifth were Chris Dimarko (69), Canada’s Stephen AIIMS (68) and Charlie Y (70) of South Korea.
