Arjun Tendulkar to play for Mumbai Indians against Delhi capitals? ‘Reputed’ social media post is viral

A social media post of Mumbai Indians, which features Arjun Tendulkar, went viral before the IPL 2025 match against Delhi capitals. Arjun, who was purchased for Rs 30 lakh in the mega auction, has not played a single match in this year’s competition so far. However, Mi posted a picture of bowling in the nets with ‘Sachin Tendulkar Stand’ at the Wankhede Stadium in the background. On the post, Caption read “iconic” and it talked about a large scale among fans on social media. Arjun started in IPL 2020 as MI’s net bowler and during his time with the franchise, he played 5 IPL games.

Meanwhile, former India batsman Sanjay Manjrekar credited senior players from Mumbai Indians, including Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav and Rohit Sharma, which were for their change in the IPL 2025 season.
