Chicago White Sox on Thursday claimed from Millwauki Breves to Infielder Winnie Capra.
The 28-year-old CAPRA was nominated for assignment by Bruers last week and would move to Chicago’s open 40-man roster spots, requiring an additional step to bring him to an active roster.
Capra was just 4 -for -54 (.074) in 24 matches this season before being loose by Milwauki. In parts of the four major league season, Capra is a career. 105 Hitter with a home run and five RBI in 44 games.
