Javier Griffin ranked by 247Sports Composite as the number 2 linebacker in the 2026 class, declares his college commitment on Sunday afternoon.
There are four finalists in a 6-foot-3, 200-pound player, Griffin: Alabama, Florida State, Ohio State and Texas. He plays in Gainsville (Ga.) High School.
The overall also lists the five -star as the number 27 overall possibility in the nation. He has made official visits to all four schools since May 30.
According to 247Sports, Griffin has made 97 tackles and 21 sacks and has forcibly added three forcibly in the last two sessions.
Tyler Atkinson, the country’s number 1 probability in lineback, is not yet committed. Loganville, Ga. From Gracan High School, he has made official trips to Claymson, Georgia, Oregon and Texas.
